The Foundation uses the Common Application Form.

Applications should:

  • be single-sided
  • have Organization name in the header of the document
  • have page numbered in the footer of the document
  • no staples, please
  • include all required supporting materials, as listed in the application form

Please be sure to review your application to ensure it is complete, as incomplete applications will not be considered.

No. At this time, the Foundation requires that organizations submit one (1) hard copy application. The application may be mailed to or dropped off at the Foundation Office.

The Foundation receives many grant applications. The amount that an organization receives varies dependent on the number and size of grants which have already been awarded.

We encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your program or project with us before submitting an application, to help determine the amount of funding that may be possible.

Organizations are encouraged to complete the Inquiry Form on the Website as a first step. You will then be notified if you should submit a complete application.
